IT Essentials

There is nothing more frustrating than not being able to use technology effectively. Most universities provide a dedicated email address and Office 365 license that enables you to use Microsoft products for free sometimes also with other licenses from Adobe, MatLab or even video editing software. We want to make sure you take advantage of the packages you are entitled to as a uni student.

With the IT Essentials pack your laptop will be ready and safe to use. We will show you how to maintain your hardware, software, how to organise files and search for information within the university directories and search engines.

BM Supplement

Business Management studies often require understanding the theories and frameworks. It is not all about running your own shop, inventing a new app or becoming a CEO of a large corporation. Management starts with your day-to-day activities driven by logical reasoning and problem solving skills which this course helps you shape.

Writing might be your second nature, but chances are if you are not a native English speaker, there will be occasional grammar, vocabulary or syntax mistakes. Translating directly might lead to hilarious mishaps. Using Grammarly and other tools helps significantly, but really the process of learning any language requires more than just translating. Systematic exercises in reading and writing can boost your Academic English fast, teaching you how to structure sentences and paragraphs even if you do not know the exact vocabulary yet.
